Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions about the Sumpan Referral Program? We've got answers. Learn how you can earn rewards while helping others transition to clean, sustainable solar energy.
What is the Sumpan Referral Program?
The Sumpan Referral Program is our special initiative designed to thank our community for spreading the word about sustainable solar energy. When you refer friends, family members, or neighbors to Sumpan, both you and the person you refer receive rewards upon a successful solar panel installation.
How much can I earn?
There are no limits to your earning potential! For every individual you refer who proceeds with a home solar installation, you will receive a cash reward or sustainable gift card. Check our program details for seasonal bonuses that can boost your referral payout even higher.
When do I receive my reward?
Once your referred friend's solar installation is completed and verified, your reward will be processed. Generally, rewards are disbursed within 30 days of the project completion date. You will receive an email confirmation to track and claim your reward.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
Absolutely not! We encourage you to invite as many homeowners as possible. The more successful referrals you register, the more rewards you accumulate, helping us accelerate the transition to sustainable energy across the community.
